Product: Omen x 17-ap010nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So I have this Omen laptop, as setup from HP it has a 1tb mechanical drive and a 256gb M.2 NVME SSD, inside next to the current SSD there is clearly an unused M.2 slot, is this hooked up and able to accept a second NVME SSD?

Yes the Omen X comes with 2 M.2 slots so you can definately connect a 2nd NVMe SSD.
