Hp Omen Caps lock key blinking Multiple times and Screen is black. ?

I have a Hp Omen laptop last time I'm using the laptop and the better is end and laptop is shut it down and then I plug in the charger then I turn on laptop but laptop it's was not be startup. Laptop shows me the multiple time blinking caps lock key and black screen but laptop does not start up I'm trying to start many ways pressing the f2 but it does not enter me to the system starting tell me what should I do and what was this problem and buddy have any solution what should I do ?
