Hello,
I am not using my Omen laptop for games. I use it for renderings in Lumion, for work. It overheats all the time, I am very unssatisfied for the amount of money I have paid I got a very bad product. It overheats even when I turn the computer on and do nothing. Really dont know what to do..

I don't know what is your Omen but normally an Omen requires 150W to 250W of power to run. Did you tried to hold an old 100W globe when it is ON ?
Yes, all Omen machines run hot specially when they use all CPU and GPU power (it must use GPU in your case, not just games). Machine will automatically shut itself down when too hot. But at around 95°C is OK, unless too long everyday.
I also use my Omen 15" machine for videos and photos editing but only around twice a month for few hours.
Regards.
