Hello,
i just git my hp pavilion 15 cx0002nx and it comes with 8 gigs of ram but i would like to upgrade to 16 gigs. when i removed all screws from the back the cover wont come up i was scared to use force maybe i could damage it. i dont wanna void my warranty. please tell me why its not coming off when all screws are removed.

It usually has clips holding it that must be gently but firmly unclipped. Use something like a credit card to insert bewteen the edges and slide it around working the clips loose. Make sure all screws are out.
