Hi HP community.  I am interested in adding more storage to my laptop but I am unsure whether I need m.2 or SATA storage to do so. My current ssd is 512gb m.2, but I am keen to use the second slot so I can add more games. I tried searching for the user manual but didn't have any luck finding.

@Hasbo

You can add 2.5" SATA-3 HDD/SSD to your machine but you need Hard drive connector/cable part # L72698-001 which is N/A from HP

I could not find from other stores. Please try

I took a photo of my sata drive as it is. Is that ready to put in an SSD?

Thank you for your help
