Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I switched out my battery with a replacement. After I had charged the battery, I tried to turn the laptop on. The power indicator turned on and off. I tried some troubleshooting myself by putting the old battery back in the laptop, but the same occurrence. Now, I am at a loss. I normally can figure this out, but this time I'm stumped. If anyone has any ideas, please let me know.

Can you turn it ON using AC Adapter (charger) ?

The same thing happens if the ac adapter is plugged in. Even if the battery is connected or disconnected.
