Does your laptop battery charge only when the laptop is turned off? Click here to view the solution

Microsoft Windows 11

My laptop randomly and repeatedly shuts off without a power off sequence. One sec I’m there another it’s completely off. I have done every driver test for my laptop and ran every hardware test. The only test that I cannot run is my cpu check because my computer turns it’self off. My cpu however has no issues according to hp. I really need this fixed help. I do see a light next to the ac port. The screen doesn’t have time to even turn on before the system powers down. I have tried only running the power on the cord by removing the battery and the issue persisted. I have tried resetting the power completely as well, by draining the capacitors. However, nothing is working.

Most likely due to heat. When too hot, to protect itself, it will power it off. Please try

The laptop instantly turns off, like the power indicator turns on and straight off. I've already fixed the heating issue it had when I got it, but now it's just turning off immediately.
