Victus by HP Gaming Laptop 15-fa0000 (680A7AV)

Hello, recently purchase a hp victus gaming laptop from best buy

 

HP website is showing the warranty is expired on the laptop, i attempted to file a dispute but there is an issue with the dispute page, it has been giving me the message "Hp customer support site is temporarily unavailable".

Is there any other way that i can file a dispute and send over my purchase receipt?
