Bought Hp victus Gaming laptop - Intelcorei7-12650 NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti.

Issue - Within a year of purchase facing the motherboard issues. After technician’s visit, hp had promised for the repair under warranty. I had even got the message from the support that the product had been shipped to the store technician. Hp has lately changed the version of response that replacement would be on chargeable basis. 

Highly disappointed by Hp not owning its after release bugs and asking the customers to own up hp’s defects. I would rather let the laptop be returned to Hp free of cost than to take its chargeable services and drill the hole further in the pocket. Invest in a better brand like ASOS.
