Hp omen 17

hi I got a hp omen 17 1660ti and I recently bought it. It was working fine until 2 days ago it was making a grinding noise I was really confused so I flipped my laptop to see and there was dust there I was think. To myself dust isn’t a problem I updated everything bios I checked software is up to date everything all ready

and there’s  another thing when I open omen command center and I go to performance control and the cpu is like 50 when I am not running heavy tabs and when I switch to max fan speed the noise I see this there 

any advice any ideas Let me know thank you

PLEASE POST ANY RESULTS.
First:- Turn off the computer, press and hold the PWR button for 4 seconds.

Then - Leave only keyboard and mouse connected, disconnect all externally connected
devices such as Docking Station, USB storage devices, displays, and printers.
Unplug the AC adapter from the computer.

Next - Press and Hold the Power button for 15 seconds to Hard Reset.
Rinse and Repeat; Re-Connect the AC adapter.

NOW begin checking/testing/proving the Hardware is fit for purpose.
Power on your PC, press ESC (repeatedly), then F2 at the prompt.
Choose System Tests (Fast Test does a 4 minute hardware check).

I did every single step but I still hear the grinding noise the update I did take a bit long but I was praying it was going to work but I didn't do you have any other options or something else I can update or download thank you

and there another thing do i have to clean the back of the laptop because there is just is that the problem i just use a air duster but i want your option first thank you.

and the test got all passed on them
