Hi hp support,
My notebook omen 4k 17-w218nf have its battery that inflate.
All the notebook is deformed by it, I afraid with fire...
I can't close it, if so screen is touching keyboard and begin to have killed pixel zones.

I don't know what doing with that ?

if your not under warranty i would take that battery out. that looks dangerous. you should be able to play plugged in without battery. you need to be plugged in to play at a reasonable level of performance on these laptops anyways. battery doesnt provide enough juice to the chips on most AAA games. plugged in makes it act near desktop level and i have heard that removing the battery on most hps increases the plugged in performance further. maybe they will send a new battery. Sorry you going through that.
