Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I've tried installing many drivers and following many tips but it seems that there is no way to fix. I also presume that it happened after the windows 20H0 update (i am trying to fix it since).

5 years old is a bit old by today standard when new machines come out every second week. Please perform a clean install Audio software/driver, this should help.

   (a) Download the following driver and save on your computer,
                   https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp104001-104500/sp104428.exe

   (b) Go to Device Manager, Sound to uninstall sound driver (Realtek) and reboot,
   (c) Right click downloaded file and select Run as administrator,
   (d) Reboot again.

Regards.
