hello hp community,i just bought a laptop hp omen x ap008tx although it is good laptop but i have an issue, the RGB keyboard is not working well i can't customize the animations more ever animations like wave is completely static it take about 10 minutes to complete one cycle of omen galaxy animation.it just feel like i am having 4 zone backlit keyboard,and speed is not changing through speed bar that is present on right side to control speed, is there any way to solve this issue it'll be very helpful.Thanks!

You say you just bought it and this issue was happening out of the box, correct?
Before you install anything, I would suggest doing a factory reset, which will reinstall windows.
You can run the reset from the start menu.
Go to Start and scroll down to H / HP Help and Support and open the HP Recovery Manager.
Choose to restart the system in recovery mode, then follow the prompts. You want to recover back to factory condition, dont choose to have it save your files or such. You want it to wipe the OS and start over.
Usually a re-installation will clear up odd occurrences like this.
If you continue to have issues after the recovery, contact HP Support directly for a warranty issue.
