When I went to turn on my hp omen 16 laptop the screen was just blank - nothing, no dim backlight or any sign of light from the screen. it works fine when i plug in external monitors and web cam and keyboard just nothing on native laptop screen. A hard reset didn't work. When I look in display settings it only shows the external monitors that I have plugged in - i can't detect any native laptop monitor as it normamly would - any ideas?
