Hp omen command center wont run

My HP Omen command center wont run, i tried reinstalling it with many different links i found, restarting, and all that, but it still won't run, it says "The code execution cannot proceed because SynCom.DLL was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem" Reinstalling does not help, microsoft store does't have it anymore as i understood, nothing helps, i really need help on this.

"Usually" the SynCom.DLL was not found error can be fixed by simply go to All Settings and forcing Windows to search for updates. Click the Updates button even if it shows its up to date, untill it finds no more updates.

Then if needed, open the HP Support Assistant and search for any drivers it finds and install them.

Not true. The Microsoft Store is the only place to get a reliable download. Do not use any other sources.

Get OMEN Command Center - Microsoft Store

I would uninstall whatever version you used and install from the link above. Then update Windows.

If this does not help, I suggest you contact HP Support for warranty help.

Yes that helped, thank you so much, but it wont show that i can change my keyboard colours? Only shows game stream and system stuff, but no keyboard settings

Depends on what specific model number you have.

Open the HP Support Assistant and find the Product Number.

Then I can look up the specs.

OK thanks. That model only has a 2 zone backlight keyboard. It will only show red. That is why it does not appear in the Omen Command Center. There is no way to change it because the keyboard is physically made this way. Im sorry.

Its okay, you dont have to be sorry. You'v eactually helped me out alot, now i can see how my system performs and not be scared if anything is wrong, because i'll know what is. Thanks alot mate, you're awesome. 🙂
