Product: Hp victus 15(ryzen7 5800h ,rtx3050)

so I recently bough the laptop ..but the day I bought it ,I started to face BSOD(with error :unmountable boot volume) so I reset my pc ,but within  few hours I again had that issue (BSOD ,with same error) so I installed win 10 in it...and later updated to win 11(through windows update) but since then I'm unable to install hp omen gaming hub app in my laptop,I downloaded the softwares for my laptop from the hp website (by entering my product name and all),and also my laptop don't performs the same as other hp victus (rtx 3050 ryzen 7 varients ) do..for eg -many game lags in my laptop whereas they run well in in other laptop with same specs ..

 

Pls help !  

 

Is there any way I can reset my pc to win 11 as it was when I purchased it?(with omen gaming hub pre installed)
