Hi, I'm a Moroccan youth, i got my pc from Germany, i used it from since the day it went on. Today just hours ago. I was using it just fine, there was no noise coming from the hardwares and no temperature issue. I was on photoshop editing some work that i have to finish. The laptop was plugged in for more performance as usual. Then, suddenly, in less than one second it shut down and i tried to power it on with no response. Even the charging light won't appear.

 

I'm so confused right now, this has never happened to me on any of my hp products. I have so many work to finish in a deadline. I'm honestly looking forward for a solution coming up from one of your staff to help me fix this problem. I searched online for a way to fix this issue but all the data i get is coming from professionals opening the hardware. I have never opened my laptop and the battery is inside.

 

please help me fix this. Thank you.
