Hp omen with 20 fps for all games?

Hello. This has been a very bad experience for me as the hp service has been pathetic. My problem with the laptop was that i didn't get fps above 40 for games and i i mean all games such as cs go fortnite etc. I bought this laptop last year in thailand with 1 year international warranty and i started played 2 months before the warranty expired. So j called hp call center and the told me bunch of trouble shooting options like updating the drivers, reinstalling windows. nothing worked. So i was told to contact hp service center and they have contacted me exactly 1 month later when my warranty expired that there is no issue with the laptop and its working perfectly fine where as they haven't do any changes with the software or hardware pf the laptop. Idk what to say im disgusted by this. It has all been excuses since that day. Its a 1.4 lack laptop its not a joke. Id rather donate so much money to a charity than buying an hp product again.
