Hp pavilion g6 1d28dx turns on but won't display anything and caplock blinks just one time in a patt

Hp pavilion g6 1d28dx turns on but won't display anything and caplock blinks just one time in a pattern... SERIAL NUMBER : [Personal Information Removed]..

but when I do the hard reset like holding the window key + B along with the power button, the caplock blinks twice in a pattern still no display.. Pls help thanks

I understand that Hp pavilion g6 1d28dx turns on but won't display.

 

Have you tried to connect the external display and checked?

 

Please contact our phone support and check for the support option. They will help you.

 

Or you can contact the local service center for repair.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.

 

 

1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

 

2)Select the product type.

 

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

 

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

 

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
