Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP Pavilion 15 gaming laptop with i5-10300h and Nvidia 1650.

 

System fan on this laptop is running very slow even under load. Fan behavior has changed.

Initially fan would run at max speed utill system boot. Now it seems to run at constant speed at all times. 

Earlier i could hear fan now it run so slow no heat is dissipated and laptop become hot even during booting. 

I updated all drivers. Running HP cool sense still it is running hot.
