Greetings, i am from Bangladesh and i want to claim my warranty for my hp laptop. Can you tell me the process? Where is your hp support center in Bangladesh? Yes, i have 2 months left for the warranty according to the websites and my battery is dead without any reason.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I understand HP pavilion battery is non-functional, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • What seems to be the exact issue with the battery?
  • When was the last time it worked fine?
  • What are the troubleshooting steps you have tried so far?
  • Are you getting any error messages or codes?

You can also find and visit the nearest HP service centerhttps://support.hp.com/us-en/service-center to replace battery under the manufacturer warranty. Let them know what defects you noticed on your computer and request for a repair.
