HP Recommended
Product: OMEN by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop 16-k0000 (594K0AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Look my laptop, I shipped it to Grapevine TX and i know it arrived because I was tracking to make sure it was ok but now I haven't received updates or anything I just got another email saying that I need to send it in and I'm just getting annoyed and stressed. Anything I can do before I call in ?
