So, I'm looking to enable g-sync on my HP Victus 15 12450h and I can't seem to find display options on my Nvidia control panel. It's not there. Does this option pop up when I connect an external g-sync capable monitor?  Or did I just buy a g-sync monitor for no reason. I have an Asus vg279qr on its way now and it is g-sync capable and now I find out that my laptop my not be. Anyone with any info on this I would appreciate it so much. Any one with the same laptop and monitor? Thank you for any help.
