Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a huge bump on the right side of my mouse pad.  It has developed in the last couple of weeks.  The front will no longer close and it is quite noticeable.

Most likely due to its battery inside. Is your machine still under warranty ? If yes, please call HP in your country to have new battery. Contacts list:
