 i have been facing this problem for 7 hours and couldn't get it's solution yet

Pls help me, if u Know how to resolve this problem

@Gudsam , welcome to the forum.

 

Here is a guide that may help you find the cause of your problem.  You will want to read the section titled "Run tests when Windows doesn't start".
