Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-s0000 (76T53AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

My notebook  broke on 7th july I sent it to the custom service and on 12th july, I received an e-mail saying that your device was out of warranty and a price quato would be made. In nest 15 days, I received neither a response nor a price offer. I reached out to he custom service today, They Said they would get back to me, but then I received an e-mail about my device  being sent back to me  (without repair). Although I was willing to pay money for repair but I did not receive any help.

What was the exact issue with your unit?

Was there any physical damage?

I would need a few details to look into this issue.
