Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I purchased this HP Omen in order to cull photos for my photography business. I am unable to download the app on the omen although I can download ot on my other hp laptop envy. I have turned off the firewall, tried different browsers etc. with no luck. The help desk at Narrative select has been helpful but still no luck. Is there something on the Omen that I need t turn off to get this to work?
