Hi @Pratik58,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Check Camera Privacy Settings:

  • Go to Settings > Privacy & security > Camera, and ensure that camera access is enabled for apps and for Windows across the system.

Enable Camera from the Keyboard:

  • Some laptops have a keyboard shortcut to disable or enable the camera. Look for a key with a camera icon (often the Function keys) and press it together with the Fn key to enable the camera.

Run the Hardware Troubleshooter:

  • Open Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters. Find and run the troubleshooter for Hardware and Devices.

Update Camera Driver:

  • Even if the camera is not listed, update your system drivers using the HP Support Assistant app. This app helps to automatically detect and install the correct drivers.

Show Hidden Devices in Device Manager:

  • Open Device Manager, click on View, and then select Show hidden devices. See if the camera appears under Imaging devices or Other devices.

BIOS Settings:

  • Restart your laptop and enter the BIOS setup (usually by pressing F10 during startup). Ensure that the internal camera is enabled in the BIOS settings.

System Restore:

  • If the camera was working before, consider performing a system restore to revert the system configuration to an earlier point when the camera was operational.

Windows Update:

  • Ensure your Windows 11 is up to date with the latest updates from the Windows Update section in Settings.

I hope this helps.
