Hi @Bonny123a,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If you bought an HP Victus laptop in October, it may have come with Microsoft Office pre-installed or a trial version. Here’s how you can find your product key for Excel, Office, and Word.

Check Pre-installed Software

  • If Microsoft Office is already installed on your laptop:
    1. Open any Office app (e.g., Word or Excel).
    2. Sign in with the Microsoft account you used during setup.
    3. If Office is activated, you won’t need a product key. Your Office license is linked to your Microsoft account.

Look in the Box or Receipt

  • If your laptop came with a license for Office, the product key might be:
    • On a sticker inside the box.
    • Included on a card labeled "Microsoft Office" or "Activation Instructions."
    • On your purchase receipt or email confirmation.

Check Email

  • If you purchased Office separately, the product key would have been sent to your email after the purchase.

Retrieve via the Microsoft Store

  • If Office was purchased online through Microsoft or pre-installed:
    1. Go to Microsoft Account - Services & Subscriptions.
    2. Sign in with the Microsoft account you used during setup or purchase.
    3. You can find your Office subscription details here.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
