I bought a pig in a poke?

OMEN 17-An105nw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

All laptops of this model have a red keyboard, and the AWDS buttons are completely red, but everything is wrong with me, what is the reason? I bought a refurbished laptop?
