Product: OMEN by HP 15-dc1620nd
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I can't change the lightning on my omen laptop. While he could do it in the advertising brochure. but in the omen command center there are no options for the keyboard. can anyone help me.

Does your machine have 4-zone colors keyboard

 

    light colors.png

 

If NOT then no Lighting option in OCC.  Please also check available list:

I dont have a 4 zone keyboard but it is in the available list as "certain configuration only." What does that mean?

I believe that simply means this option ONLY available on some models (with different configurations) only.
