Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I can't enable battery limit option in my hp pavilion gaming laptop because of unavailability of the advanced tab option in my bios settings. I tried all the methods( like tapping fn+tab keys , ctrl+f1, A key while booting) to unlock advanced tab, it is not working at all. Isn't there any other way to unlock advanced tab option in my laptop ?(bios version f.24)
