OMEN by HP 15-dc0010nr
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi everyone,

My Omen laptop's battery failed all of a sudden and I can't find a replacement. Is not showing up in the parts search website (HP Parts Store) and I also went to an authorized parts center but they didn't find it either. It was working pretty decently so far but this happened out of nowhere,

They told me to contact HP directly but my warranty is expired so it looks like my options are limited. I just can't seem to find the battery part number or serial anywhere.

Tried getting the info from the CMD or online but nothing.
Any suggestions? Please see image below.

The specs of your machine is

          https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c06084805

It uses  3-cell, 52.5 Wh Li-ion part #  L08855-855 which is N/A from HP part store right now

         https://partsurfer.hp.com/partsurfer?searchtext=3WL23UA

It is a 3 years old (or a bit older) machine therefore you have to use part # and search on internet, including eBay. I saw it on Newegg for around 53 dollars. HP won't allow me to post a direct link.

Regards.
