Product: OMEN by HP Laptop 17-an0xx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Im trying to log in on OMEN command center but it wont let me. When I press "Sign into HP ID" it brings me to a loading screen and on the bottom right it says continue as guest. But it never stops loading. How do I log in?

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
  • Have you made any hardware/software changes?

While you respond to that, let's try these steps:

  • 1) In the search box, type and open "Uninstall a Program". 
  • 2) Look for OMEN Command Center. 
  • 3) Right-click to uninstall. 
  • 4) Restart the computer. 
  • 5) Install the OMEN Command Center from this link.
