Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

CS:GO is a very famous game and it runs very smoothly on other low-end machines. Now I know that my machine is not very powerful but it is decently powerful to run CS:GO. I tried launching it directly from steam and got good performance then when I launched it again to play I got 2-3 FPS. Then I tried launching it through GeForce experience and optimize the game still got 2-3 FPS. I am running everything on low and lowest possible resolution. Still, I get 2-3 FPS. If someone can help me.

Hi, DId you try to play with the Adapter connected?

To conserve battery, Graphics card might not work to its full capacity when it is not connected to Adapter

Also, check for updated Graphics Drivers here: https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers
