Hello,

I’m trying to reach HP in the Netherlands.

I bought the OMEN by HP - 17-an193nd on 21/08/2018, and along the way the original charger stopped working (model OHP191187450). I got a replacement charger (model OHP195774530) but it had WAY less power than the original charger, meaning I have never got to use my laptop to its full performance potential.

Last week the battery stopped working overall which means my laptop is basically broken. I would love to know if you can provide me with some help. My guess is the battery died because of the different charger I got sent and I would really appreciate if anyone can help me.

and yes, I tried different chargers and any other way of troubleshooting
