I got an overheating problem in my i5 9300h laptop.CPU gets 97,98 degrees while I play games like r6 or csgo. Also the graphica card sometimes gets 87 degrees too. I just wanted to know is it bad and I guess it is(omen gaming hub marks orange when they are in these degrees) is there any other cooling method than a laptop cooler? Or should I change my termal paste( I have been using for 1 years and it still has warranty)

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is overheating.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I would like to inform you that 90C is normal on the gaming computer. I recommend you use the Omen command center to change the settings which suit your needs.
