Product: Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fb0000 (598U6AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

When I not connected a charger and play a game there is sudden fps drop in every 30 sec I tried all power plan,best performance,nvida control panel,graphic drivers but not use anything in all games i facing this problem even a small game also so please tell me a solution for this product name is hp victus 15 Amd ryzen 5 5600H with Radeon graphics 8 gb ram. And widows update is also up to date no updates a available. So please concern my problem as fast.

Let me check your current system configuration.

 

(1) Run    msinfo32

- Select <System Summary>:

--->>> Copy/screenshot/paste following key/value pairs:

 

OS Name

Version

System Model

System SKU

( equals HP product number (p/n) )

Processor

BIOS Version/Date

 

(2) Start Windows <Device Manager>

- Expand <Display adapters>

- Expand <Network adapters>

--->>> Send screenshot

 

(3) Please report your results
