Hi @15-fa2000,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP Victus 15 laptop is not displaying all performance modes in the HP Omen Gaming Hub, you can try the following steps to address and potentially resolve the issue.

Update HP Omen Gaming Hub:

  • Ensure that you have the latest version of the HP Omen Gaming Hub software. You can check for updates within the app or download the latest version from the HP website.

Update Device Drivers:

  • Check for updates for your graphics card drivers and any system drivers related to performance settings. Keeping your device drivers updated can often resolve issues with software functionalities.

Check Power Settings:

  • Make sure your laptop is set to a high-performance power plan in Windows. You can do this by searching for "Power & sleep settings" and selecting "Additional power settings." Choose "High performance" if available.

Perform a System Restart:

  • Restart your laptop to ensure all updates and settings changes take effect properly.

Reinstall HP Omen Gaming Hub:

  • Uninstall the current version of HP Omen Gaming Hub and then reinstall it. This can resolve issues related to application errors or corrupted files.

Check for BIOS/UEFI Updates:

  • Ensure your system BIOS/UEFI is updated to the latest version as this might affect performance profiles and mode availability.

By following these steps, you should be able to resolve the issue with the performance mode settings not showing properly in HP Omen Gaming Hub.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.

I have tried every possible method to enable the performance mode on my HP Victus laptop, but it still doesn’t appear. I followed all the steps correctly, yet the option is missing. What makes this even more disappointing is that the same model laptop used by others does show the performance mode, but mine does not.

This situation raises a genuine question about the consistency and reliability of HP’s products. I trusted HP, but after this experience, it’s difficult to rely on the brand again. A laptop should perform the same across identical models, and not having such an important feature makes the device feel incomplete. I expect a proper explanation and a real solution instead of repeating the same basic troubleshooting steps.
