Product: Pavilion 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a pavilion 15 and from a few days when i turn it on the fan starts to run at full speed. It does that for 10 to 12 seconds and then slows down or i have to shut it down and then start again. Only then it will run at normal speed. 

What could be the problem and how to solve it.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the fan starts running at full speed when you turn on the computer.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

What is the product number of your computer?

 

Meanwhile, I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check whether the issue is resolved.
