Hi @Mido3omda

Welcome to the HP Support Community. Thanks for bringing this to our notice.

I see that you are facing issues with your system while playing games. Do not worry we are here to help you fix the issue.

  • May I know from when are you facing this issue?
  • May I know if you have made any hardware or software changes to your system?
  • May I know if it happens only while playing games on your system? Is there any specific game that just causing the issue?

Your GPU usage is very low because you're using the integrated graphics, there's a driver issue, you have a CPU bottleneck, or the game you're playing isn't optimized. Possible fixes are reinstalling drivers, upgrading or overclocking your CPU, and adjusting certain game settings.

I would suggest you update all the drivers and let me know the outcome. CLICK HERE

You can also make the computer use the graphics card on a per-app basis in Windows. Here’s how:

  1. Go to Start, type Graphics Settings, and click on it.
  2. Under Graphics performance preference, click on the Browse button.
  3. Locate the game folder.
  4. Select High performance and Save.
  5. Repeat for all games.

Reinstall the GPU driver and check

  1. In the search box on the taskbar, enter the device manager, then select Device Manager.
  2. Then navigate to Display adapters, right-click on your GPU, and select Properties.
  3. From there, navigate to the Driver tab. The tab displays the options to Update Driver, Roll Back Driver, and Uninstall Device.
  4. Uninstall it and Restart your PC.
  5. Windows will attempt to reinstall the driver.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
