I have a problem with my laptop it's battery have low backup

My battery backup is to low I want to change it .please tell me the cost of the battery. And process for changing the battery

I can't tell you the cost for a brand new battery as I don't know where you live and what currency your using 🙂 You'll have to find a seller (near your place or online) by yourself.

The battery your computer is using has the reference 849909-855, with it you'll be able to find it easily online.

But I can help you to understand how to open your computer in order to replace it.

Just follow this video that shows how to disassemble HP 15-AUxxxx series.

If you feel comfortable to open your computer, consider following:
1 - Use patience, stay calm and, only use moderate strength.
2 - Use a clean rubber surface to put your laptop upside down in order to avoid stripes or scratches or any slip.
3 - Only use suitable tools (plastic spatula/plectrum, never the metallic tools provided in the kits as they leave marks on the ABS plastic cases).
4 - Remember that self opening your laptop can void your warranty.
5 - You are in charge and responsible for your actions.
