I have purchased an laptop having S/N: [Personal Info] hwo to check it's brand new or refurbished?

i have purchased a laptop having S/N [Personal Information Removed] in pakistan  the shop for which i have purchased this is claiming the  laptop is brand new but  I'm having a doubt that it's  refurbished cuz the official warranty of the laptop is being expired to he just give me a local warranty of his shop so i want know that how can i prove it if it's refurbished or used ?
