Unfortunately, there is no official information from HP because they only have the service manual for the original model 16-e0000 model series and according to chapter 1 of that manual, the maximum memory is 2 x 16 GB and the memory speed is not applicable to your notebook's model series.
The Crucial memory report for the model series indicates it will support 2 x 32 GB of memory.

One other thing you can do is to run this command to see what Windows indicates:
1. In the search box, search for cmd and click Run as administrator.
This will open the command prompt.
2. Once command prompt is opened, type wmic memphysical get maxcapacityEx and press the enter key.
There, it will show the maximum RAM capacity your PC's motherboard can support.
The capacity is shown as Kilobytes, so you have to convert it to Gigabytes by dividing the number provided in the report by 1,048,576.
This is the only related discussion I could find regarding upgrading the memory in the 16-e1000 model series.

I could not find any posts on this forum where someone has actually tried to install 64 GB of memory in the model series and reported the results.
