Recently I noticed that my laptop started running slower as it can only handle at least 2 applications at a time. I wanted to upgrade my ram so I started researching and asking for a bit of help. I know using different manufacturers ram would cause some major issues among my Laptop, but I couldn't tell which one I was even suppose to get due to my limited knowledge on Laptops. Is there any specific Ram anyone can recommend with the image I have below?

The parts list for your system is here
https://partsurfer.hp.com/partsurfer?searchtext=68U87UA
Drivers and manuals can be found here
You can easily upgrade to 16gb. Get the exact part number as the chip you currently have.

I recommend you add an additional ram exactly same part number M471A1G44BB0-CWE
https://www.ebay.com/itm/235298362777
This assumes your laptop has a second slot for memory. Some laptops with Pentium or Celeron CPUs have only one slot.
Please provide the Product ID or Model name for better assistance.

I'd be happy to help you find the right RAM for your needs. To provide you with accurate information, I'll need some details:
Device Information: What device are you looking to upgrade the RAM in? Is it a desktop computer, laptop, or something else?
Specifications: If you know the specifications of your current RAM (such as DDR3, DDR4, capacity, and speed), that would be helpful. You can often find this information in your device's manual or by checking the existing RAM modules.
Motherboard Compatibility: If you're upgrading a desktop, it's important to know your motherboard's specifications to ensure compatibility with the new RAM.
Budget and Preferences: Do you have a specific budget in mind? Are there any preferences you have, such as a certain brand or RAM speed?
Providing this information will help me assist you better in finding the correct RAM for your setup.
