HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-dk0xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Product Name: HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-dk0xxx (2019)

Product Number: 5XE55AV

I already removed all the screws, but this thing is sealed tight anyways. I tried prying (the openings are too thin), I tried using suction cups (didn't even budge), I tried using force, but the back panel just won't come off. I just got this laptop too, and it already sucks. Is there someplace I can take my pc to that can help (like Geek Squad)? Or can I just do it myself?  I really want to get that ssd in.

A manual called Maintenance and Service Guide on the following link may help you with screws:

Note: Please be careful because this work may void warranty.

Regards.
