Product: HP Spectre x360 Convertible Laptop PC 15-eb1043dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have already gotten the laptop checked, even already paid for the repair. After 25 days, they chose to cancel and decline the repair as I need a new top housing completely and they could not acquire one. I leave for college soon and am willing to not have it to get it repaired. How do I contact HP to get it done? It is out of warranty so I know I will be paying for it, but I do not want to pay to talk to a random expert and not HP directly.
