today I started my computerto Find out, was Black Screening. the Capslock, was Blinking Five Times, Long and after three time Shot how can I fix This Problem please help.

As described, this is a BIOS that is corrupt and needs to be restored.

I ask that you contact HP to resolve the case.

Is this laptop within warranty?
