I need the F keys for many games I play and need someone to tell me how to disable them.

Sorry, I'm having some issues understanding your question.

 

You need to use the Function keys for gaming so are you perhaps asking how to use them without needing to press the Fn key?

 

If it's regarding the Fn key, perhaps this document will help.
