Hi .. i got call from 'hp agent' while I was in process of payment for saying 'he saw that I was trying pay for very long time and if I need any help'. And he also offered me discount and mailed me a link from hp. com 

We were happy with the offer and started payment through given link but couldn't finish due to some issues. 

But after some time I realized that this can be a scam and  our hard earned money can be lost in the happiness of saving 4000. 

I wanted to know if my doubts were right. Does HP realy have such agents? Or did someone try to scam us? And if yes then HOW can anyone get my contact details if I hadn't even completed the process of payment?
